I was charged for mileage I did not use. I went 8 miles and was charged for 22. I had the truck for 2 hours and it would have ben impossible for me to load my entire house, move it and drive 22 miles in that time frame. I was also charged for gas when it was returned with that I had because I only went 8 miles. When I called the location, the number was disconnected. TOTAL SCAM! Truck also had check engine lights and I was worried I wouldn't make it.
Rhiannon NBanging Auto Sales overcharged me by over $1000 because they logged the incorrect starting mileage. Luckily I documented starting and ending mileage. When I called for a remedy they refused to help and had me call U-Haul. U-Haul did make it right and refunded me. Do not rent a U-Haul through Banging Auto Sales.
Jason MTruck was dirty inside and out. Gas tank was only 1/2 full and mileage at pick up was 15 miles off from odometer
robert cI put notes and your system tried to charge me for cleaning. The app glitched over and over again. There was homeless man in the trucks. The truck was parked on logs I mean who the heck did that? Overall zero points and no stars bro fix that issues. Unsafe and I will never rent there ever again.
