Worst U-Haul experience ever. Rented from a local place, the guy never explained anything, never asked for my license, said I was in the system. Just handed me the keys, did not give me a copy of the contract and I did not get the email of the contract until after I returned with the truck. I used maybe 1/4 tank of gas and then it took 14 days for them to finalize the bill and charged me $30 fuel service fee and $72 gas for 1/4 tank. I called U-Haul and the girl kept repeating herself about the contract that I did not get until after the fact. So ripped us off for over $100 dollars. Never ever rent from them Scam Scam Scam

Close this location down. Hire ppl that return phone calls. Even the district manager didn't call me back
Janet NI was charged for mileage I did not use. I went 8 miles and was charged for 22. I had the truck for 2 hours and it would have ben impossible for me to load my entire house, move it and drive 22 miles in that time frame. I was also charged for gas when it was returned with that I had because I only went 8 miles. When I called the location, the number was disconnected. TOTAL SCAM! Truck also had check engine lights and I was worried I wouldn't make it.
Rhiannon NBanging Auto Sales overcharged me by over $1000 because they logged the incorrect starting mileage. Luckily I documented starting and ending mileage. When I called for a remedy they refused to help and had me call U-Haul. U-Haul did make it right and refunded me. Do not rent a U-Haul through Banging Auto Sales.
