It’s really bad expert about the milage after use it. I used 32 kilometres. When I picked up that time milage 118921 and when I drop off that time 11953. But they issued me wrong milage. They charged me 98 MI. That’s really very unexpected. Already I told them but still didn’t fix it

The car was great, the place was a little hard to find and we buy furniture pads that were not in the truck. The rest I think was quite well

Felix CThere was no office at the location. I had to call in and wait to connect with someone. No assistance to help me hook up the trailer. Had to do it on my own in the middle of the day in scorching heat. took me 35 mins to hook it all up only to find out it had a flat tire on the way to my house. horrible experience. I will not be renting from uhaul again to say the least. Call center and the location on 84 Ave was very friendly and helpful.
adam bThere was no one at the location when I dropped it off. I called and they said to just leave it there. I just received an invoice saying there was a dent. I do not believe this was my fault and feel it is possible fraud. Every other U-Haul drop off spot I have used in the past has had personnel to check the vehicle or trailer. It was very unprofessional to not have someone there at the time of drop off, which was during there business hours.
