Great for Bee-keeping supplies which was interesting and nice, and the owner was nice, but had to wait 15 minutes for the operation to open at 11 AM only to have a $50 surcharge because the Google route from my home to the dealer happened to be on a road that had a few tiny splotches of elk/deer poop (common on all roads in the area), a tiny amount of which splattered on parts of the truck. Was told to go wash it off or face fee because Uhaul wouldn't cover any cleaning being billed from dealer to Uhaul. The dealer was 15 miles further away than the closest dealer, don't understand why that happened.

This end was a bit less than hoped. My equipment was not due until Sunday but I decided to drop Saturday to deal with a person. I called in as instructed, the faocation in Delta was closed. The web link I was given did not work either, it would say web link not found. I had to call in again and check out over the phone. I guess all good in the end. Just prefer to deal with actual people. Do appreciate the use of the trailer.

If they lived close to Delta I would recommend it to a friend. For me, I had to travel over an hour longer each way to pick up the truck in Delta vs a Grand Junction location, as I live in Glade Park. It seems UHaul truck Scheduling Department HAS NO CLUE about the logistics of the western slope of Colorado. The Delta location made our process pleasant, liked them a lot, very helpful!!

Due to deception, and malicious behavior on behalf of the owner, as well as lack of clear direction, I was charged another day, which I never had the truck in my possession. I placed a complaint issue with your dept, and the details recorded and organized from the beginning. A clear outline of the shifty and unprofessional behavior will best be reviewed there.
