It’s crazy that you have to fill up and then they charge you mileage too
Penny MThe U-Haul app has the store in an incorrect location. Fortunately, the store was open, so I was able to pick up and return without using the app. The gentleman in the store was friendly and helpful, and I picked up and returned without incident.
PETER HI recieved the van,the van was dirty.The gas was at 3/4 tank.I took a picture.I filled it past 3/4 upon return.I told the attendant at the time .I also brought van back 1 day early.
