I rent frequently. The app works great for pick-up, but does not work EVERYTIME for drop-off. It freezes on the first screen.

DAVID FYour app is not working. Check-in was fine and seemed to be quicker and improved from the last time I used it, but return check-out did not work. The check-out stopped and froze at the first prompt to photograph the truck's front. This also happened the last time I rented.
SERGE BI think Uhual as a whole needs to take down their decal of prices on your trucks, I understand marketing but it's deceptive and not fully telling the truth, I also get that you can write it off with contract and rates "may" apply but saying $19.99 for the day then charging me $88 to go 30 miles is a bit much.
