Dolly I paid for was not in truck. Had to drive to two different u haul locations to get. No one to turn my miles under usage on .. no one takes responsibility,. Would like follow up to correct my milage and milage used to go to two different location. Absolutely horrible service.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkDO NOT- Had a similar experience to another review where I was over charged on mileage— they told me it was just an estimate, that the charge was pending and would fall off and wouldn’t reflect on the final statement. This was untrue. I had to call U-Haul for a refund (the person was super kind and understanding). They tried charging me over an hour extra worth of driving that I couldn’t have possibly accumulated on the direct route. I never leave reviews but they over charged by $80. That’s crazy
Feyre NThe people helping were very slow, took forever to get the keys. I put in more gas than I was supposed to gor returning and they still charged me extra.
alyssa bU-Haul called me and told me the location was closed on the day of pickup when it wasn’t. I was eventually able to get the truck and but took much longer than needed. Would not pick up a truck at a non-U-Haul location again.
Chelsea Athe return guy had poor personal experience poor talk poor actions overall wanting to charge more money when it was unnecessary. called home office and they are supposed to to reimburse the extra money so they say I will get an emails about my card reimbursed
