This location had plenty of room to move around in order to drop off the trailer we rented which made it easier. I liked the fact that it was a car sales place because I was able to inquire about a used vehicle at the same time. The personnel was very helpful and understanding. I would highly recommend this location.

Same as the check in. I couldn't do the self return on my phone the app kept freezing and stalling then it would start over. I had to leave it the old fashioned way.

Excellent service
It was supposed to be a two day rental and it turned out to only be one. He was having trouble with the website. We should've double checked it ourselves as well. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience.
Was very happy to actually speak to someone in person. My whole experience with U-Haul has been online or over the phone. Very confusing my reservation was cancelled and then I was charged twice after I was told the card I used to reserve with would not be charged. At least they are open 24/7 and was able to speak with a representative

I little hard to recognize that it is a u-haul location from the highway, but the guy there was friendly and quick about business. Would use that location if we had further u-haul needs.
Coltrane Auto sales has excellent customer service, If you need to rent a uhaul check them out first.
