The hours listed on the app/online were wrong. A lady that worked there pulled up and I asked for help since it was too heavy to lift on my own. She shoved me off like it wasn't her problem. Since nobody was there to check me in it made the whole process more difficult for everyone. Don’t rent from this ghetto place.
