Have my u haul ready it was covered in snow and ice. It took over 30 minutes for 3 people to untrap the vehicle.

This location does not stock any moving supplies (dollys, carts, furniture blankets) outside of the trucks themselves. Talking with the employee onsite, they have no intention of ever providing these items, despite the fact that Uhaul will happily sell them to you with your rental. If you need anything other than a truck, go to a different location or you'll be forced to ask for a refund and get no additional compensation other than a "sorry" from customer service.

AN'YAE-AN'YAIR RThe back of the truck looked to have some type of poop in the truck. When picking up the truck, We kept getting put to the side for the customers that were coming to the store. Our checkout process was very long because we were not made a priority. I would not rent from here again.
