Was quite easy to use the mobile app when renting off-hours. Moving van was new - only 298 miles, so it ran very well and was relatively clean. Nice new features over the older vans and trucks I've rented in the past.

Hard to answer above questions since we dropped it off on a Saturday and no one was there. So key just went into a drop box. My complaint here is we return the truck with about the same amount of fuel we received it and then got an additional bill for fuel. Not happy about that.
