The guy was high as a kite. Found out later that he didn't properly do the reservation. Which cost me 2hrs on the phone with Uhaul.

When trying to get a hold of someone over the phone I called Winnipeg Manitoba (dispatch for our region) and was bounced around to Alberta, southern Ontario, Dallas Texas, and another location. All of which could not help me and kept giving me new numbers to call. It took 30 min before the location I was at finally got through on their line.

There was on one around no note at 10;30 am!! The guys in Calgary thankfully showed me how to take the trailer off and made sure I was absolutely comfortably aware of everything worked and made sure I knew the road sire assistance number for emergency as I was travelling 1800 km alone! The assholes I hired in Calgary on the website did nothing but wrecked my furniture broke three of my dresser drawers, put the freezer on top of it scratched it then wrapped my mirror with my $400.00 duvet and put holes in it also wrecked my oak cabinet that had tempered glass to hold the glass inside. Please do your homework on who is able to work for your company to load and unload they jerks just had to load 5 pieces of furniture and broke and scratched the crap out of my furniture! As well put $500.00 worth of holes into my walls getting out my couch then was willing to offer me $50.00 to fix it they fixed it some what. It was a horrible experience with the movers I know its not your fault but it would be nice to have a phone call and a refund for this horrible experience thanks you for your understanding. I would be please to forward you photos if you like!!

Two dollies available at this location, one had faulty lights, and the other had ripped strapping. Was useable but quite difficult to use. Needs to be replaced.

He did a preapproval in my card . But instead fully charged it and for an amount to large , still waiting in my 40$ back which has made my account go into nsf due to another bill coming out and I needed the money back , the room I had to into for rental was disgusting and smelt awful it made me sick . Never again . I'll bring my money else where as. Now due to the money not being back in account I have to pay a 50$ fee to my bank

There was no issue with the UHaul location. The man was polite and had everything ready for me. The problem is UHaul itself. I booked my UHaul 2 'months in advanced for to ensure I would have the vehicle I would need, UHaul gave me less then 2 days notice before my schedule move to my new home, telling me my vehicle would not be available. They wanted me to take a day off work, travel 300km one way to go pick up the vehicle and bring it back myself within those 2 days, all for a measly $50 gas compensation. I was able to negotiate a different deal for a truck/trailer combo at a cheaper price, when I went to pick up the combo the representative at the pickup place was not notified of this. I was then forced to pay full price at an inconvenience that I was completely UHauls fault and I never did receive my compensation they promised me. In short uhaul will never get my business again.
