The lock box was hard to figure out at first especially at night and the video on uhauls app isn’t the same lock. Not sure if the video has to be updated. I had to google to realize the steering wheel can get locked up and causes you not to be able to start it. It might be nice if there were some helpful tips and tricks for these common issues that might occur.
Megan BWasher fluid was nearly empty and I had to purchase some myself to continue my travel.
Dawn WThey had my truck ready to go. The older gentleman in there was very nice and friendly. My only complaint would be I wish these places would carry mor of the 10 & 15 foot trucks, but that’s not against them. I would recommend them. Great Customer service.
