I did not receive a phone call the day prior to my rental to confirm pick up location. I arrived at the requested rental location when I made the reservation. Fortunately, the woman at that location was able to get me to the correct one. An improvement would be to make sure that the customer is call to confirm the day prior as noted in the reservation email to avoid mix ups like this.

VALERIE AAll went well with the truck rental. The truck was ready and the supplies all set for me (moving blankets). Easy drop off after hours (although I had a little trouble with the photo part of the auto-checkout). Friendly staff person at the desk. Great price for the truck. Overall contacting Uhaul itself was easy.
