This is in fact not a location with staff at any point although online it says they open at a certain time. We had trouble getting the truck picked up and the building itself is run down and does not look very safe. Truck cab was left unlocked which was not great and lock itself on the truck was hard to open and worn

Did not have the reserved rental truck available upon pickup. No prior communication and unable to call them since all calls get autodirected to voicemail, and the voice mailbox is full so you can'teven leave a voice message. That is just horrible customer service, definitely do not recommend this location.
