How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe store was a bit of a shambles but the biggest issue I had was that the truck I rented had mechanical problems.
SHAD RHave your trucks gas tank filled up and dont over charge customers just because they provide debit card info and you have to see how much is in their account.

THOMAS CHad to pick up at a location that was significantly further from where i picked up. Retrieving the keys was a 30 minute ordeal because the business at which i had to get the truck was constantly moving me to the back of the line to help other customers, along with giving me a phone to talk to some other guy about how to get the keys. Whole process was a mess from beginning to end. Very disappointing.
