I didn't go inside or interact with anyone for the uhaul side. There was a sign on the building that said to go into the liquor store next door if you needed assistance. Kinda ghetto. I had no idea what this place was when I picked it because all it had was an address showing on the computer at the uhaul place where I picked it up, not a location name, so I knew it was near my house. The original drop off location I chose wasn't even on the list!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkDifficult to pick up truck since the app froze up. Phone call to support was successful but too much hassle.
DAVID RThe store was a bit of a shambles but the biggest issue I had was that the truck I rented had mechanical problems.
SHAD RHave your trucks gas tank filled up and dont over charge customers just because they provide debit card info and you have to see how much is in their account.
