When I got the truck it was great. But on my way to to deliver my personal belongings to my new house and just to realized that we got the uhual at an almost empty gas tank. :/ on top of that we paid out of pocket for $316.00 for the uhual to be towed and uhual refused to pay for it we might have to battle in court and we come with receipts.

LUIS JNo improvements necessary, the customer service was excellent and the pickup and drop off was excellent.
Kiesha HThe gas was exactly at 1/4 tank and I noticed that in the contract the gas surcharge is $4.50/gallon plus additional $30 in case there's less that 1/4 tank left. Renting out a truck with exactly 1/4 of the tank full feels rather manipulative.
