Truck cab was not cleaned Needed to be vacuumed. Included photos when truck was rented I went into office and was asked about $30 insurance that I had declined online and said no to and it was still added to my bill. I. Would ask for a refund if that charge
JILL YI was charged for drop off that was NOT in the original agreement.
PAUL CVery friendly and drop off was easy. They could use more parking.
SANDRA SI reserved moving blankets and they didn’t have any. I think they should have borrowed some from another location. At the very least they should have told me BEFORE I showed up with nothing to pack around the furniture. I was screwed. I would NEVER recommend this location.
