I returned the truck at 6:55 pm on the 19th. Store employees told me they could not help me as the computer system was about to go offline at 7pm. They instructed me to just drop the key in the box outside and it would be handled in the morning. I dropped the key and then next morning I was charged an additional $20.45 for not returning the truck. I dispute the extra charge as the truck was there prior to 7pm on the 19th. I replied to a follow up email and have heard nothing. I feel I have been overcharged and want reimbursement for the $20.45 that I shouldn't pay been charged for. Please have someone contact me concerning this.

The Manger was Ignored.....the sales person who was doing the return didn't know what he was doing and had to call uhaul to do a return......
There is nothing I can think of. The store was easy to deal with and helpful. The U haul truck was clean and in great condition.
No improvements needed. This is the third time I've used this location. Great experience every time !!
Make sure the rented items (dollies, etc.) are actually provided. Do not rely on only two mediocre user pictures to determine cleanliness. The vehicles should be checked and cleaned. The location was okay minus having to find the vehicle then walking a long way around to the front door of the building and then clear to the back once inside to obtain the key. I thought through the pandemic this was curbside pickup, but it was far from it. Very misleading and inconvenient. Drop off was better, but again the vehicle placement and the Dropbox for keys were again behind the building for one and at the front door entrance for the other.

You could have the truck that you say you have. I reserved a 17' truck, didn't have it there. Reserved a 20' truck, didn't have it there, and that was the day I needed it. So I got a 26' truck. No one inspected the truck when I picked it up, to verify mileage, damage, or anything at all. I reserved this truck online. I added drivers, you switched the contract to my wife's name, not me. I chatted with a rep online and she would do nothing for me because you switched the contract name. Oh, but I signed the contract at the location. I played for everything. I made the reservation. But you would do nothing because you put her name on the contract. They claimed I went more miles than I did, so it cost me more money. Then after returning the truck I had to go back to the store again to get my deposit that was about $30 less than it should have been, because your system was down, which in turn cost me more money(gas) cause I had to drive home and come back. And did I mention, you people did nothing to try and make anything right because you made the contract in someone's name that wasn't mine, all on your own. So my experience with uhaul was horrible. Oh and Janet, whom I spoke with said I would get a coupon sent to my email, but that didn't happen either. So I would recommend uhaul to absolutely no one.
Helpful in contacting uhaul about my problems
I rented a car hauler from this location. The ratchets for the wheel tie downs were frozen up and didn't hardly work. Wheel bearings squealed really loud like they had no grease in the bearings. the trailer brakes kept locking up every time I went around a curve causing the trailer to fish tail through just about any curve I came to, thus causing me to almost wreck into another vehicle several times. This would have all been preventable with regular service of the equipment, of which they obviously didn't do prior to putting it out for rental. I wouldn't tell anybody to rent from this location after that experience.
When I got the uhaul it wasn't at the half mark on the fuel gage I put fuel in it back were it was when I received it and they what to charge me 35 dollars for 10 dollars in fuel 4 dollars for environmental fee what is this and I was told 29 95 a day not mileage because when I called he told me he had a 20 footer he would hold he did not and told 26 footer would be same price I believe I owe but 201 dollars isRidiculous when I paid $101 I got the U-Haul on Sunday at 7 PM and returned it Tuesday at 6:45 PM so that would make a total and all 300 and some odd dollars
Back of truck needed swept. It had a white chunky residue on the bed of the truck. After some work it did sweep up good.
Could've been a little quicker on checking in and checking out with the paperwork other than that overall was a excellent service
More selection of trucks.
The equipment I reserved on line was not available when I got there. It was not the issue of the location to the best of my knowledge. They had no appliance dolly (or any dolly according to the clerk) and I was not able to do what I needed to. We still got the truck but will have to do it again. I was not pleased since I also had lined up people to help.
The store itself and the people were great and very helpful, but to get to your truck, you have to go all the way around to the back of the store to pick up your truck.
I believe that the booking agent should trained and be more knowledgeable of the equipment they are renting
I had to leave this trailer on my truck all weekend running around down town Pittsburgh, Pa because there is no jack and I am a 62 year old woman and cannot lift it off the ball especially full of chairs for a wedding. Totally ridiculous. Could not valet park at hotel and had to park blocks away. I feel you definitely owe me a partial refund. I was had a time restraint or I would have looked for a trailer with a jack.
The customer service rep could have better training on the system. It took a half an hour to get me processed and that was after I did the express login at home. The previous renter did not sweep out the truck and it was not discovered until the rep opened the door to show me the cargo space.
Your beaver valley located at the mall. Monaca Pennsylvania is horrible. Very in considerate, non caring, for the position they put me in concerning my reservation of a vehicle I had place a week prior. Non caring, concerning people I had hired to move me and no vehicle available. I had to find another truck on my own, which I rented from ace hardware. This staff is great and very understanding. Evidently the manager at the beaver valley location reports to no one, when I asked for a supervisor or a contact person he said call the 800 number. Hopefully I'm the only one that happened to, but I think this is wishful thinking. If not for ace hardware u haul rental. I would never do business here again.
This was not my rental! I was charged 631.00 dollars because of someone's mistake. I called uhaul and spent hours trying to correct your mistake. I was bounced from department to department because noone takes ownership. The very last person was the only one that held me. You can listen to the conversations . Very poor way of doing business. And I have to wait 3-5 days to get reimbursed for something I should have never been billed for.
Gas was less than full when I took the vehicle and they said it was full so it cost me more to fill it up then I actually used.

Items ordered were not available at time of pick up but was still charged for them. Currently trying to get reimbursed but being bounced from one location to another. Personnel at pickup location not knowledgeable with uhaul systems...did not get copy of contract. could not do walk around as dictated via text message as link instantly provided error message.
Inside of the uhaul was dirty, and was kinda smelly. The people at ace hardware was nice but didn't tell me that I didn't have a dolly until I rented it.
