Folks in Maine were super friendly and super helpful. The chains were much easier to remove than to attach. But - the ratchets tighten on themselves over the drive, and I have raw fingers from trying to remove them after driving for 12 hours. This - also not on the folks in Maine. This is something UHaul needs to consider. There needs to be a warning that the straps are going to be very hard to get out of the ratchets. And, there should be a tool that comes with the dolly to help jimmy them out.
