U-Haul changed the pickup location from my original reservation location on the day before I was scheduled to pick up the trailer . I had to travel 30 extra miles to pick up the trailer which was incredibly inconvenient.

When dropping off in East Montpelier know that the owner is rude and will probably be “too busy” to help you, I was the only customer at the location. Buffy was great she doesn’t work for the U-Haul part of the business-she was lovely and took my keys with a smile. The dog was sweet and super cute too.
Kenna COften difficult to access the Uhaul APP at this location due to poor cell signal. Not fault of the location... but a wifi signal accessible from the location would help checkout and returns.
