Pleasant and easy experience
EDWARD JI would have liked to rent the equipment from a closer, more convenient location; however, I did not have a choice but to travel to a further property to pick up my rental. I had a flexible schedule of a 2-day span where the equipment could have been relocated to accommodate my request. Despite this small detail, I have no issues with picking up or dropping off my rental.
KRISTA JThere is a slight problem with the steering. Going down the road it tends to pull to the right You can't take your eyes off the road for a sec, or you will be off the road.
darlene PMake the mobile process easier and tell the customer if there are extra steps ahead of time. It took an hour and a half to get into the truck when it was 5 degrees outside. I was never told that there would need to be multiple people needed to verify my identity. It was a horrible experience. There was a headlight out on the truck as well. Do not recommend mobile U-Haul pickup.
