Difficult to deal with. They would not tell me the location pick up until 2 days before. Then they picked a place 1-1/2 hrs from my location when there were 2 local locations within 15 minutes. Pickup helped with hooking on the trailer. However, they did not take the photos and had me do it all. I was concerned they would find fault at the drop off.

Staff was very helpful, cell signal at the location isn't always 100% so the app doesn't always work well. Truck was in great shape, no surprises. Appliance dolly/hand truck was also key to this move of a washer & dryer. I'll be back.
