They always have vehicles available, extremely dirty trucks and rude personnel but you can do a online drop off… keep on mind of taking pictures of the vehicles, the times and prices cause I have 3 charges on my card and they haven’t removed it

The People were very nice, accommodating, and helpful. The interior of the building, which is also a convenience store, smelled AWFUL (like a rotting carcass) right where the UHaul registration area is located next to the register. I tried to tell them, but it didn't really register. They were very helpful in attaching the car dollly. But, when it came to putting the car onto the dolly - I think the rules are that they are not to help. The thing is, if you are one person, with a packed 10' UHaul truck, dragging your car to another state - you need to be sure you are attaching your car to the dolly properly. So, I had to ask for help - in the way of watching to be sure I'm lined up and driving onto the dolly correctly. He did help with that. Then I attached the straps and ratchets - easy enough. But...it then says to loop the chains around the body of the car below and attach them to themselves and finally put the rubber ends on them. This proved VERY difficult. The KIA SOUL has a fully covered front end. The place to put the chain around was extremely hard to get to as there was maybe 5" clearance. The guys could not help me as they are not supposed to - and they didn't know what to do either. I finally got it done but ruined my hat, my coat and my nerve endings. Then, there were not rubber ends to attach and no one seemed to know what I was talking about. So, I walked them through the end of one of your videos. Finally, they produced four of them and I attached them. Three and a half hours later I finally got on the road. It was not a great start to an already stressful situation. This is not the fault of the guys at the location - this is something that UHaul needs to consider changing. If there is one person traveling, they need help to be sure their car is not going to go rolling off of the dolly on the highway.

KAYLAH BI was charged 2x the amount. I have to call customer service for refund. Last time I was overcharged on gas.
