Stop overcharging
ALISTAIR AThe customer service are not educated at this location in reference to the rental agreement of U-Haul, they have a nasty personally, and they do not understand English very difficult to rent the truck. I told him I would like to rent a small truck to do errand around the block since the weather condition in New York City is very bad.. I received the truck with a 3/4 of gas, the truck was not clean, the truck tires had a signal in the dash board advising me to check engine too. I was afraid but I had to used it in the condition was given to me. I rent the truck around 8:40am, I took some pictures to show to you if you need to see the condition of this truck.. The truck was given to me around 8:51am, I did not received an agreement with the total charge incorrectly, the cost of the rent is $19.95 plus insurance $30.00 total of $50.00 plus tax $5.25 the total should be $55.25 not as you can see below $94.36. I need a refund to my credit card of $39.11. If I do not see this credit by the end of this I will dispute the full charge to my credit card.
