The van had 0% oil life, it had NO GAS CAP, and the front tires were 84psi & 53psi, while the back was 67psi. The brakes suck. It was a bumpy Ride. It wasn’t clean. And it guzzled gas.
JARROD Di was guarantee a date with a car trailer in my Neiborhood on the day of the pick up they transferred me to another uhall pick up much further away from the original and about an hour away with street traffic when i got there they didnt have one ready and told me Tuesday . then they found one on the other side of Brooklyn and it was only a car dolly . when i went to return it upstate ny the told me i could only return it to a place 40 miles away from my location and there was about 3 other uhall places i know of only 10 to 15 miles away . i rented in the past and always had a good experience . this was a nightmare . also i never recieve a reciept from my return that was unmaned and was told to leave it in the yard. .
Anthony DThe location was dirty and felt unsafe. There was a total lack of attentiveness and detail. They charged me an extra day, because I was told the incorrect drop off time. The contact there said she would note it in my file, however there was absolutely no discussion, of any type, when I dropped of the vehicle. They just took the key and didn't even say goodbye. They demonstrated a total lack of professionalism and grace. I would "never" recommend this location, no matter how convenient it is.
Daren ADriver side rear mirror damage and cracked. I received the truck tank empty return the truck same amyof gas was charged for a 1/4 of a tank.
