It was difficult to maintain a wifi connection at this location which made it difficult to check in online and to upload the photos of head shot, front and back photos of drivers license.
Gloria PWas sent to wrong address. Upon finally finding it, it was closed before 4:00. Called U-Haul who told me I need to download the app, watch a video on how to return truck. Horrible customer service with rep being condescending telling me I should know how to do this after explaining at 70 years old I am unfamiliar with how to download and so on. Had to ask a girl on street to help me. Horrible experience!
Devon dDifficult to find (at the back of a building), staff was not helpful, truck was very cramped in the parking lot.
Agripino SThe area was so scary and didn’t feel safe over there.. and it took me like 25mins to figure out where I was and where is the office and where to drop the key even if I know the step so well and been a customer for so long but that location isn’t that good!
