Provide decent truck and friendly staff. Also, my original location was changed and I asked if I was going to be reimbursed for mileage because they were making me drive further and I never got the mileage taken off of my bill.

Derek STruck wasn’t in great shape, and the dolly I paid for wasn’t provided
MICHAEL TI expected the truck to have metal rings for strapping items down. A piece of board is not very practical!
SHEILA BIt’s a ride share location but Gail didn’t know it. That’s means even though the guy was helpful it wasn’t enough. To much was left to question about checking in and out all by myself. And the side mirrors had grease on them so adjusting them was a messy job.
