Bob WThe problem i had was, I had reserved at Hollidaysburg, but didn't know it was transferred to Ebensburg until I called to confirm. That is ridiculous, both locations couldn't have been nicer, but I hold U haul responsible. I had to travel 25 minutes further and there was ice that day to pick it up and travel back in the ice. There is no excuse for not calling me and asking me or informing me. Never trust the app is what I keep hearing, then take it down. I will seriously think twice before renting from U haul
