The person he want to charge me $50 whe i ask him why he said he don't know !!!! And when i call to ask them they they don't know, unfortunately is bed experience.

deborah K.Truck was dirty. Bugs all over the windshield. Inside of windshield was filthy. Some sort of spilled oil from r other liquid in the box.
David M.Employee did not seem like they knew what they were doing, the experience did not fill me with confidence. They were probably not trained enough, as they were presumably just staff for the convenience store and are not representative of U-Haul. They couldn't answer our questions, their customer service experience was subpar, and their machine was slow (not the employee's fault). They essentially made us do a mobile pick up, as we got texts to links from U-Haul to add a driver and do the inspection, although I specifically did not choose the mobile pickup option since I didn't have data on my phone. The interior of the vehicles were clean but the exteriors were not (bugs splattered on the front), which isn't a big deal. This location would probably be convenient if the customer lived near and didn't mind doing a mobile pickup. It is not the location we picked however, so we had to drive 25 minutes more than we wanted.
