The equipment was clean but the sliding door on the truck was very difficult to open and close. We had to just leave it open while running the loads to and from the truck which wasn’t convenient or secure. Also, the website said two U-Haul locations in our neighborhood could provide dollies and mattress bags but neither location had them. The website shouldn’t advertise products or services that locations don’t stock.
