anteneh yMake sure there is fuel in the tank and that the battery is not dead and the lock in the back opens properly and the snow is cleared off the truck. The area downtown was terrible to pick up the truck and the guy at the store was not prepared at all! We had to call roadside assistance to bring a new battery and they took quite awhile to get to the location we were moving from and we had to wait another 45 min to an hour after we were all packed up. I called customer service to tell them how awful our experience was so she said a guy would call to talk to us and he keeps giving me the run around saying he will call back and had not!!!!
Elisa HIt was a little uncomfortable as there were about 5 homeless men right outside the door who were doing drugs. Place itself was clean inside.
