Actually, my comments concern the location on 6504 170 Ave NW. When my colleague arrived on Thu, Feb 26th for 10 am pickup, the location was CLOSED!! U-Haul gave her the run around, transferring her to at least three different people. She finally ended up renting a van from 11103-107 Avenue. She took an Uber to 6504-170 Avenue NW, and then had to take another Uber to 11103-107 Avenue. We're extremely dissatisfied with the customer service we received. We would at the very least, expect U-Haul to reimburse my colleague for her Uber receipts. How ridiculous that you let us rent from that location, and then when we arrive, it's closed and no one is there. Unacceptable!!

This good everything
Nuru AThe equipment was clean but the sliding door on the truck was very difficult to open and close. We had to just leave it open while running the loads to and from the truck which wasn’t convenient or secure. Also, the website said two U-Haul locations in our neighborhood could provide dollies and mattress bags but neither location had them. The website shouldn’t advertise products or services that locations don’t stock.
