I had a very disappointing experience at the U-Haul location inside Ezee Market in Millwoods. The person working there was completely unprofessional — no greeting, no proper welcome, and he wasn’t even wearing a uniform or nametag. When I asked for his name, he said it was “Garry”, but his attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. This is not the kind of service anyone expects from U-Haul. I will never return to this location and would not recommend it to anyone. Very poor customer service
Mohamad SI got quoted and paid $170 for 135 Miles max, I only used 134 miles but they charged my credit card another $92 extra. This not acceptable!
El-Hocine SThe clerk was rather dismissive after I had used the service and attempted to confirm the final cost of the trip. Left a bitter taste in my mouth for a while, but all in all good service nonetheless.
