KAO SWhen I got to the place to pick up my truck, no truck was available. The person to helped me started to raise her voice when I said that I have made the reservation online. Even though there was a Truck outside she did not let me take it. I had to pick up a van instead. So, I will give a 3 star for the service. If a costumer makes a reservation, U-Haul should honor the reservation or offer the costumer some type of incentive for the mistake that was made.
