The van was full of blankets and trash and people’s clothes and food litter. The help was slow and argumentative when returning the van. The clerk at return was aggressive and offensive and would not honor the $0.79 per mile that U-Haul had agreed to by email. If U-Haul would like to correct this, please reimburse me the $12.60 difference for the 42 miles driven. Thank you!
