How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation is fine, maintenance is unsatisfactory. The particular truck assigned was not useable. Another truck was substituted but was at a higher price. That truck's brakes were malfunctioning and was unsafe to drive. A third truck was then substituted which worked fine. I ended up paying about $12 more than I was anticipating and found some of the trucks unsatisfactory. I am disappointed with the maintenance of your vehicles. The person at the desk did attempt to help me and I appreciated his service. This particular truck that the billing relates to was not used and so hopefully not charged to my account. Please be more attentive to the maintenance of your vehicles.
