Had rental scheduled for 6:30 am. No keys in lock box. Business didn’t open until 8am. Finally got truck and received notifications truck was due back around 1pm. Returned truck and was charged for full day. Seems app and store are not in communication.

Kirsi NThis location was just wonderful in spite of the U-Haul online site crash. The manger Mr Denise was perfect.
TEASHA MI arranged to pick up the vehicles at 7 am and even called to confirm the time; however, they were not there when we arrived and apparently didn’t open until 8 am. This was unexpected and delayed our start and none of the phone numbers provided were answered as it was before formal working hours. Fortunately the first worker arrived early and got us on our way before 8 but this could have been avoided!
