The drop off process was not convenient. This U-Haul franchise is also a cell phone store. Signage in their window saying where to park the truck (a 8.5 x 11 printed sheet) is not clearly visible from afar. Perhaps a key drop inside the phone shop would be a good idea or more pronounced signage telling where to take the vehicle. Regardless, the truck was parked with the other two and turned in via the app. Overall an inconvenient experience, but a key drop would have improved this.
