We got charged 5 days to use it when we only used 2 days, resulting in $700 is absurd. We rented a 2026 Chevy Tahoe to haul it and only cost about $168. The 5 day factoring for a safe trip equates to 3.2 hours of driving a day. 8 hrs of driving is two days..and that's with only one driver. It's also BS that someone could rent the same trailer drive it to Alaska and back for less than we paid. Your system needs to be revised or I wont rent a thing from you again. Not only that. The guy at pickup told me that it would recalculate upon return and the unused days would go back on my card. Only 78 dollars went back on my card.
