ADAM PGreg was friendly and helpful but limited by the lack of support from U-Haul . We were confirmed by you for a 20 foot truck. Upon arrival we were informed that we were getting a 26 foot truck. The extra length caused problems with loading and unloading. We selected the 20 foot truck as it was the best size for us and for the space available for loading and unloading. Additionally the larger truck used more gas than a 20 foot truck would have. We were only moving a 10 x15 storage unit.
