Everything about this rental experience was wonderful. It was easy to reserve the vehicle I needed online. I received electronic confirmation about my rental and the rental agreement. The vehicle was ready for me when I arrived and Chris and the other employees at the Ace Hardware were helpful and clear on what was expected of me as I rented their truck. Returning the UHaul was also very easy.
