I did not rent this U-Haul. Someone was somehow able to rent this U-Haul using my account in FL. I live in IN. I called the site about it immediately but they didn't do anything about it other than document the situation. If the renter had caused damage to that U-Haul, I did not want to be held liable when I had nothing to do with it.
