The bed of the truck was very dirty and I had to sweep it out due to the dirt and loose screws prior to putting my items inside.

Jack STrucks were dirty with love bug all over the windshield, no windshield washer fluids, empty drink bottles under the seats. Reserved 2 trucks a 26’ and a 20’ when picking up they indicated that there was only one truck reserved a 20’ only. From there on it was a frustrating experience. To get my reservation for the 26’ truck it took the employee almost an hr to get the reservation and paperwork done. Bad experience as the first time from the same place.
