Getting the rental via the app was a nightmare.. I ordered 2 dozen moving blankets and got none, making my move a nightmare.

Michael LThis location is the worst I have ever dealt with. While clean and neat, the lady in the office said she wasn't supposed to hitch an auto tow dolly - she didn't know how, etc. Then she asked why I didn't have someone to help me. I have always rented equipment as a single woman and have NEVER had someone ask. Yes, I have even had a woman do the hook up for me. The equipment was rusty; the left rear (driver side) light was out. I was very disappointed in this experience !
