This location is very nice and Eric-person who took care of me was very helpful... I did not find out this location if the one I reserved first located at Nimitz/Puuhale which I was really not happy when I picked up the cargo van on time was not moving and was not maintain well as there was no gasoline. The clerk overthere called her manager to bring gas but he was stuck in Ewa Beach and couldn't bring the gas on time and can only bring it by mid-afternoon. OMG I exclaimed as it will be delaying the task I have to finish, the clerk referred me to this location-Rent Panda Hawaii which was also they have available unit to rent at that time and it was very closed from this location where I have supposed to rent.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy comments that follow have nothing to do with the Rent Panda location, but my original reservation. I reserved a 8’ pickup truck on the U haul app on September 10, 2026, for the 720 Iwilei location #84781954 (that was confirmed for pick up and drop off Saturday 9/19/26.) On 9/18/26 Friday at 6:52 pm I received a phone message the equipment has become unavailable and to call. That’s way too late. I had to arrange a crew to help load the truck ahead of time that I had to cancel and rearrange. This isn’t acceptable. Especially with a 9 day lead time.
Isaac MActually... thank you so much Rent Panda Hawaii for getting the transferred rent to you from Ohana Self Storage Puuhale pick up... everything was already set up there but when I want to drive out from their lot, the van doesn't move, there was no gasoline... my scheduled to accomplished that day 9/18 was so delayed, end up I did not completed all I have to do.
Edward SReturning the vehicle was confusing. No marked or dedicated areas to return the truck. Just had to find a spot to park down the road and walk back to turn in the keys.
