Specifically, I was put off by having to drive 100 miles, one way, to pick up a trailer that I reserved a month prior. I will not use Uhaul again. That's absolutely a poor business practice. I called to talk to corporate in Casper and was not even treated with understanding. Alyssa said that's the company practice. A little human compassion was expected. A text two days prior to people who are moving is not enough time. The lady working was super sweet and understanding. Her service was helpful.

The one thing that would be better customer reserved is, if they truck you reserved is not is the city you made your reservation uhaul should bring it to the location where us was reserved.

Can't think of anything. The whole rental experience was quite fast filing out the contract & ect.. I was outta there in no time at all.

When someone returns a truck, they should have to show a fuel receipt that is consistent with the mileage used. Although the fuel gauge indicated full when I took the truck, I put 6 gallons in to fill it. I only went 32 miles. Obviously, someone did a short haul, and did not put any fuel in the truck.

I was completely misinformed at this location on a couple of things. I was told I would have the truck for over 24 hrs. I rented it at noon on Friday and was told I didn't have to drop it off in Orem until Sunday afternoon. This was totally wrong since a UHaul associate called me Sat. at noon asking where the truck was because another customer was waiting for it. If I had known I was only allowed to have the truck for a 24 hr. period I would of picked it up later. Also, I told the associate I needed to return some boxes when I dropped off the truck. She informed me I could drop them off at any UHaul truck location. I arrived at the location in Orem to find out I couldn't leave the boxes there and was directed to drop off the boxes at a place in Provo. Luckily that store was still open, otherwise I would of been stuck with hundreds of boxes and no where to leave them over night. This was ABSOLUTELY frustrated. If you're going to have storage unit locations receive your trucks and answer question on behalf of UHaul you need to make sure they are properly trained and give out the right information. Her miss-direction made the day completely frustrating.

The location was fine but the website reserved me a truck for my move and then it was not available.



The customer service was excellent; never had better. The contract and final bill were a little confusing, I think it could be laid out a little better to be more user friendly.

Be consistent in your pricing be consistent in your location and when you do a job make sure it works U-Haul owes me $245 for a system that did not work
