I did mobile drop off and the app had a hard time uploading the pictures of the truck with ample amount of phone service.
JORDAN MTire pressure sensor was bad on the equipment; staff at the location did a good job of coming out and explaining why the dash light was on, but would be good to get it fixed. Mobile app check-in is a nice benefit, but app response time was dreadfully slow which took away much of the convenience of being able to quickly go through the pick-up and return process.
