It wasn't the location's fault I had a bad experience. I asked u haul online to change my pickup time, and they did, but they also changed my drop-off time which I did not want to change. Your system should NOT automatically change that. I got called and felt scolded because I could not get the truck back at the hour the system said because the system automatically changed my drop-off time. It ruined my day on what should have been happy moving to a new home. Very disappointed in uhauls app.Maybe with the reminder email or text you should code to include at least those details because I kept 2 other people from getting the truck!!!!
