The equipment was okay but the vehicle had some visible dirt and things on the floor and the cup holder's had spilled drink residue in them.

Very disappointed with Riverside & 41 location. I reserved a 15’ truck two weeks ago, went to pick it up to hear them say I have to go to Newburgh to pick up a truck since they did not have one for me. St Joe, Eli, was very nice but I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone! I am 80 yrs old and had to go ten miles out of my way to pick up the truck and had to pay for additional mileage!
