Extra items that we ordered to be included in the truck were not loaded in the truck before delivery to this self-storage area. The person working at the self-storage facility was exceptional and helped us check out the truck and assisted us to become familiar with the truck. I had to drive separately to the main U-Haul location in Kingston to pick-up supplies. They were helpful and resolved supply issue. Both facilities helped us get on our way.
