It's extremely difficult to get in and out of this location. Very narrow driveway and basically have to find somewhere to turn around in order to leave. Vehicle had disconnected/hanging plate light, but other than that, the vehicle was in good condition. The front desk is not always manned so you have to wait for someone to return to pickup or drop off the vehicle. The gentleman during pickup was borderline rude - may have been since I was female, but unknown. The truck was supposed to have a full tank of gas but was only 7/8 full (we returned the truck completely full for the next renter). The gentleman during drop off was very pleasant and helpful, so that helped. If I can rent a U-Haul in the future from somewhere else, I definitely will.

Kevin TYou advertise $19.95 charge but by the time all the fees are added it is $88.02 for 3 hours. This does not include the $10.00 for gas to bring the van back with a full tank of gas. My friend would need to know what the real cost will be so they can shop around.
John LWe specifically requested not to be charged for insurance, but were charged anyways. I do not know whose fault that is but we’re also waiting on a manger to contact us as the 8AM pickup was not available until 9AM. The location owner kindly brought us in at 8:45.
