rented a trailer, it was really beat up. I asked for a 6 hour window after work so i could drop it back off at the pickup spot same day because i didn't need it that long, only to show up and the owner tells me that i can't drop off same day because they close down their lot at 6. WHY THE FACK would you let me do a 6 hour window starting at 430 pm if you're not going to actually go through with that time frame. apparently he tried calling me to tell me that he couldn't do that. then he tried to up-sale me a different drop off point and said it would cost an additional $250. this place was by my work, so I had to drive another 1.5 hours on my day off all the way back up to where i picked up the trailer to get there by 830 am because this place didn't follow through on their pickup /drop off window that i PAID for. absolutely terrible. the trailer, even though it was a piece of junk and beat up, still worked. otherwise, this would be a 1 star review.

This location is now the single UHaul shop we will utilize — at a portion of OTHER UHaul locations we’ve had, the experience was sub-acceptable for multiple reasons. Contrarily, this gentleman has the system and available inventory optimized. Well Done.
