Dominion Auto Body stepped in where IClean Air Products completely failed. I requested a vehicle for amove to Maryland. I stopped by IClean to inquire about the process since this location is a satellite location. If course vital information was withheld causing me to be without a vehicle the morning of the move. Failed Info: you must be at IClear to receive the lock code. 2. The lock code fail to open the lock. 3. CustomerServices secondary code failed to open the lock. 4. After several attempts entering both codes, they failed to open the lock. 5. IT WAS LESS THAN 35 DEGREES AND WI D CHILL 20. Customer care recommended an alternate location Dominion Auto Body to my rescue!!!! So, try Dominion Auto Body should anyone need UHaul services in Fairfax, VA, period!!!!

Arne CI didn't get an apology for a horrible car, was charged double for being "late" even though I contacted the call center and the lady told me this was ok and there would be no charge. I'd give zero customer service, the guy at the counter was rude and careless. You lost a customer.
