2 issues neith one too major.... 1. Failed to receive all of the moving blankets. Quickly remedied apon arival at drop off location but did make packing a little more challenging. 2. He failed to include the car transport trailer on contract. Again was able to be corrected just glad that there wasn’t any kind of accident and thtvo would have been in trouble for no paperwork.

When dropping off during business hours no final receipt, you have to wait for an email. Which denies you to dispute extra charges, which happened. Spoke with someone, and will fix. Still waiting…



I was the at open and there was no one there. The guy what's over 30 min late. The had no moving supplies at all. I had to go to a different uhaul to get supplies.

This location was about 15 miles from my home, but it was the closest that had a trailer available. It was easy to find and relatively convenient to the highway. The gent who ran this store was super helpful and a really nice guy. He helped hook up the trailer we rented and gave me some driving tips. Our transaction was speedy but still very effective. He really knew this business well.

They didn’t have the van that I had reserved. They upgraded me to a large truck at no additional cost, but the cost for refueling the much larger vehicle cost me substantially more than the van. I was not happy about that.

I had reserved 2 dozen moving pads but none were available when I picked up the truck. Cab had a strong body odor smell. Front tires had a lot of axle grease in the hub area. Good thing was the hot grease smell masked the body odor smell once the front axles warmed up.

Clean the cabs of the truck before renting them - it was dusty, muddy, and there were things like gum wrappers on the floor. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience, but if I'm paying to rent the truck, I'd at least expect it to be pretty clean.

Cab & back of the truck had clearly not been cleaned out from the prior customer. There was something spilled all over the cab and mud and dirt in the back. We spent about 20 minutes cleaning it before we traveled in it or loaded it. Let's just say we returned it much cleaner than was giving to us. The truck ran well and we didn't have any problems there. The after hours "pick up" app would not allow us to proceed with the process and we spent about 15 minutes on hold before we got to speak to a representative. That was disheartening but once we got her on the line, she was very helpful and the process went smoothly after that.

We were going to be a bit late bringing the trailer back Sunday after moving our daughter to Akron and they still only charged us for one day. My husband and I said several times how much we aprreciated that. We will be return customers!! These kids are always moving somewhere!!



The dolly in the truck was broken. Also, I reserved the truck at One Stop Tool Rental in West Chester OH. At reservation, they assured me the truck would be there for pick up. When I went to pick the truck up it was not there. They redirected me to the second location which put my project behind by 1 hour.

The employee was very friendly and welcoming. Only improvement could maybe be the lobby area, slightly dated and in need of redecorating. Staff were amazing



This was my worst uhaul experience. I got the truck home to find that there were no dollies in the truck. I paid for two. Then when I called the place no one answered and someone repeatedly hung up the phone. Eventually I got through to someone and he was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I will not be using uhaul for any future moves.
