Moe is great. There isn't anything he can do to make the service better. I always choose Moe's when I use U-Haul. It was especially helpful that he was open on Saturdays. Separately, the particular truck I rented had a lot of road noise from the driver's door. I checked to see that the door was closed and the window rolled up and all were secure. It gave me the impression that someone had to try and break into the vehicle before and had damaged the door seal or tweaked the door. I don't know if there is anything that can be done to correct it but, anyone taking it on a long haul or out of state would probably have to wear some type of hearing protection.
