Truck was very clean. The process of reserving the truck was easy. The pick up and drop off process was easy too. Thanks for the good experience.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI pulled up to drop off the truck and was greeted with “BACK UP, YOU JUST PARKED WHERE SOMEONE ELSE IS HOOKING UP A TRAILER” I then asked where to park and he said “ I don’t know,,,,, somewhere other than the spot you just took from the guy picking up a trailer” I understand I DID cut off a guy backing in but DAMN,, don’t make me feel like an idiot and not offer me advice on where he wanted the truck to go! (BUT LIKE I SAID AFTER ALL I AM 100% satisfied)

Johan GMy first time renting a uhaul. Tenoch was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very good customer service! Especially in today's world where customer service hardly exists anymore. Will definitely rent again from this location.
