When I rented the truck on 8/28 for 8/29 there was a note that I would get the .99 per mile rate when the truck was picked up I was charged 1.29 per mile rate. I called to request a change in rate and was not given the rate change

Maybe mention having to take pictures of the equipment if/when dropping off after hours.. I was down starting to head down the road and had to turn around..
Danielle RMy location was moved the day before my reservation adding 40 unnecessary miles to my trip. I would like to be reimbursed for the extra miles. I was advertised my pick up location was Owatonna and less than 36 hrs i was advised I had to go to faribault putting me in a jam. Had I known sooner I would have cancelled the truck.
