Not sure why we were charged another $58,00. Not sure if we would rent from uhaul again. We was told we could drop it off anywhere. Had we had the time we would have taken it back to Madison.
MICHAEL JI felt that when I ordered a short box truck, I would receive one. Rather than drive a 10fter I had to drive a 20fter and paid about twice the gas to fill up. I've been renting from U-Haul for over 10 years requesting vans or 10fters. I always received the vehicle I ordered. How can I get the vehicle I ordered the next year? This no reflection on K & S Automotive LLC of Farmington. Someone from Brunswick U-Haul called me to send me to a location further away from my town.
