My experience was amazing! I was able to schedule the rental ahead of time through the uhaul app, pick-up/drop-off the truck while the uhaul rental location was closed, and then pay for everything online during drop-off. I never had to speak with anyone. It was perfect! No stress at all. I highly recommend uhaul.

Improve the system for picking up trucks when the location is closed. I didn’t 2 hours on the phone on Saturday morning trying to complete the process for renting the truck I had reserved only to be told there was nothing U-Haul could do. Frustrating and inconvenient. Terrible customer service
