Vic CDid not have the hand cart or furniture pads I requested and there was no actual person at this location to assist. The mobile pick up process was a pain and I would not ever do that again.

They stayed on the phone with me through the process to make sure that I was safe and securely in the truck. I would highly recommend using U-Haul in the future.
