Did not have the hand cart or furniture pads I requested and there was no actual person at this location to assist. The mobile pick up process was a pain and I would not ever do that again.

The service I received was prompt and courteous. There was an issue with the app, but customer service got someone on the phone quickly to give me my U-Haul code. They stayed on the phone with me through the process to make sure that I was safe and securely in the truck. I would highly recommend using U-Haul in the future.
